Mian Channu—The government has announced plans to construct a state-of-the-art stadium in honor of Olympic gold medalist Arshad Nadeem, celebrating his historic victory in javelin throwing at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Pervez Iqbal, Director General of Sports Punjab, revealed the initiative during a recent meeting with Nadeem. Iqbal emphasized the importance of recognizing Nadeem’s remarkable achievements and his role as a source of inspiration for aspiring athletes across the nation.
