Exciting news for Pakistani cinema enthusiasts! A new Punjabi action film titled Seylum is set to feature Amna Ilyas and Muneeb Butt in the lead roles. This project marks the duo’s debut in Punjabi cinema.
Images has exclusively reported that the movie will be produced by Awais Raoof under the banner of Jehan Films, known for its work on Shaan Shahid’s Zarrar. Abu Aleeha, who is both writing and directing the project, confirmed that filming is scheduled to begin next week.
Seylum is slated for shooting in various scenic locations, including Lahore, Kallar Kahar, Nathiagali, Cholistan, and Bahawalpur. The production team is aiming for a release on Eidul Fitr next year, with plans for it to be the second most expensive Punjabi movie ever made, following the success of the 2022 hit The Legend of Maula Jatt.
