The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced vacancies for the position of Assistant Director (Business Analyst) and Assistant Director (Technical Writer) on a contractual basis in Islamabad.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
Assistant Director (Business Analyst)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field (HEC-accredited).
- Experience: Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
- Skills Required:
- Data analysis for insights and decision-making.
- Requirement gathering and project proposal development.
- KPI-based program evaluation.
- Report and presentation creation for stakeholders.
- Risk assessment and mitigation planning.
Assistant Director (Technical Writer)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science or a related field (HEC-accredited).
- Experience: Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
- Skills Required:
- Expertise in MS Office.
- Documentation of business requirements, technical manuals, user guides, and SOPs.
- Collaboration with different departments for system development and implementation.
- Understanding of biometric data collection and storage solutions.
- Familiarity with international best practices in biometric technologies is a plus.
Terms & Conditions
- The contract is for five years, with the possibility of extension.
- Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without explanation.
