For those planning to live in Spain without engaging in any employment, the Non-Lucrative Visa (NLV) requires applicants to show a minimum annual income of €28,800 (approximately PKR 8.8 million). Additionally, each dependent requires an extra €7,200 per year. These amounts are based on 400% of the IPREM (Indicador Público de Renta de Efectos Múltiples), Spain’s financial benchmark for residency applications.
Digital Nomad Visa
For remote workers and freelancers earning primarily from outside Spain, the Digital Nomad Visa mandates a minimum monthly income of €2,400 (PKR 730,000). Family members accompanying the applicant may require additional financial proof.
Golden Visa
Investors looking to obtain residency in Spain can apply for the Golden Visa, which requires a minimum investment of €500,000 in real estate or other approved assets. This visa provides residency rights along with travel access to the Schengen Zone.
