Madina: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif offered the Jummah prayer at Masjid-e-Nabwi (PBUH) in Madina on Friday, during his official visit to Saudi Arabia.
Upon arrival at the sacred mosque, the Prime Minister was welcomed by Saudi officials and Pakistani expatriates. He offered special prayers for the progress and prosperity of Pakistan and the Muslim Ummah.
During his visit, Shehbaz Sharif also paid respects at the Roza-e-Rasool (PBUH) and sought blessings for the nation. He expressed gratitude for the opportunity to pray at one of Islam’s holiest sites.
The Prime Minister’s visit to Saudi Arabia includes high-level meetings with Saudi leadership to strengthen bilateral relations and discuss economic cooperation.
