Instagram has announced the launch of its newest global recognition program — the “Ring Award”, designed to honor the platform’s top 25 creators worldwide for their creativity, impact, and community engagement.
The Ring Award aims to celebrate digital talent that pushes cultural and creative boundaries across Instagram Reels, Stories, and Posts. Winners will receive a custom gold ring symbolizing excellence in digital storytelling, along with exclusive access to new platform tools and brand partnership opportunities.
“Creators are the heartbeat of Instagram. The Ring Award is our way of recognizing their influence in shaping global conversations and trends,” said Adam Mosseri, Head of Instagram.
The selection process will involve both platform analytics and nominations from the Instagram community. Categories are expected to include Fashion & Lifestyle, Comedy & Entertainment, Education, Tech & Innovation, and Social Impact.
The first Ring Awards ceremony is slated for December 2025, with events hosted simultaneously in Los Angeles, London, and Mumbai — highlighting Instagram’s global reach and commitment to supporting creators everywhere.
