ISLAMABAD (13 Oct 2025) — Amid ongoing border tensions, an Afghan soldier has reportedly surrendered before the Pakistan Army, following intense clashes along the Pakistan-Afghanistan frontier, according to security sources.
The soldier was said to have laid down his arms and sought protection from Pakistani forces after his unit reportedly faced heavy retaliation during cross-border fighting.
