Applications for Chevening, the UK Government’s prestigious international scholarships programme, opened on Tuesday and will close on November 5. The programme, run by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and partner organisations, offers fully funded awards to study for a one-year master’s degree in the UK.
“Tuition fees, living expenses, travel visa, accommodation are all covered so you can study in the UK worry-free,” said Jane Marriott, the UK High Commissioner to Pakistan, in a video statement. “You are the future of Pakistan, and Chevening offers a unique opportunity for you to take this to the next level. Doesn’t matter the sector, gender, religion, or background—apply for Chevening!”
All Chevening applicants must submit their educational documents, references, and one unconditional UK university offer. The deadlines for these required documents are outlined in the Chevening application timeline.
The programme aims to nurture future leaders, influencers, and decision-makers from across the world by providing them with an enriching educational experience in the UK. Chevening scholars are known for their strong academic backgrounds and potential to rise to positions of leadership.
