Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, announced a significant initiative for the journalist community by allocating 3,200 residential plots across various districts of Punjab. The announcement aims to provide affordable housing and promote welfare among media professionals in the province.
During a press conference held in Lahore, Maryam Nawaz emphasized the government’s commitment to recognizing journalists’ contribution to society. “Journalists play a crucial role in shaping public opinion and keeping the government accountable.
