Dubai is set to host “Jashn‑e‑Azaadi Pakistan 2025,” a grand celebration to mark Pakistan’s 78th Independence Day, on Sunday, August 10. The event will take place at the Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City and is expected to draw over 40,000 members of the Pakistani community.
🎤 Program Highlights
The 12-hour event, running from 11 AM to 11 PM, will feature a rich blend of cultural performances, live music, and special appearances. Popular Pakistani artists including Sahir Ali Bagga, Natasha Baig, and Yousuf Bashir Qureshi will perform at the event. Renowned celebrities like Humayun Saeed and former cricket captain Sana Mir are also expected to attend.
⚖️ Dignitaries & Organizers
The celebration is being organized by Emirates Loves Pakistan in collaboration with the Pakistan Association Dubai. Distinguished guests such as Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE’s Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, Pakistan’s Ambassador to the UAE Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, Consul General Hussain Muhammad, and PAD President Dr Faisal Ikram will be in attendance.
A special awards ceremony will also be held during the event to honor outstanding contributions made by members of the Pakistani community in the UAE. Sheikh Nahyan will personally present the awards.

Admission is free for all attendees. The event aims to celebrate Pakistan’s rich heritage, strengthen cultural ties, and bring together the Pakistani diaspora in the UAE for a day of unity and pride.
