Popular Pakistani YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, known as Ducky Bhai, has announced his withdrawal from the controversial online learning platform “Join Elite Group” and promised refunds to those who purchased the course. This decision comes after severe backlash from fans and fellow influencers, who criticized the platform for charging money for content that is freely available online.
Backlash and Criticism
The “Join Elite Group”, co-founded by Ducky Bhai, Rajab Butt, and Nadeem Nani Wala, offered paid courses on TikTok streaming, cryptocurrency investments, YouTube growth, and online business strategies. However, many social media users and influencers accused the platform of misleading marketing, claiming the courses lacked original or valuable content.
Additionally, users reported technical issues and a lack of clarity regarding the course material. The criticism intensified, with some calling the venture a “cash grab” and questioning the credibility of the instructors.
Ducky Bhai’s Response
In response to the backlash, Ducky Bhai addressed the controversy in a podcast with Talha Reviews, where he announced his exit from the project and assured refunds to all buyers.
“We are withdrawing from the entire course matter, and all of you will receive refunds,” Ducky Bhai stated. He outlined the refund process, asking users to send a screen recording of their purchase confirmation, along with identification and transaction details, to claim their money back.
Co-Founders Silent Amid Controversy
While Ducky Bhai has distanced himself from the project, his co-founders, Rajab Butt and Nadeem Nani Wala, have yet to issue any public statements regarding the controversy.
A Series of Controversies
This incident adds to a series of recent controversies surrounding Ducky Bhai, including public disputes with fellow content creators and allegations of unprofessional behavior. These issues have reportedly led to a decline in his subscriber base and increased criticism from the YouTube community.
With Ducky Bhai stepping away and promising refunds, it remains to be seen how the “Join Elite Group” platform will move forward and whether the remaining co-founders will take responsibility for the backlash.
