Pascoe, 61, boasts an impressive epigenetic age of 37.95, a result of his unconventional yet significantly more affordable anti-aging routine, costing him a mere $30,000 annually compared to Johnson’s staggering $2 million expenditure.
Unlike Johnson, who resorts to extreme measures such as injecting himself with his son’s blood, Pascoe embraces a comprehensive lifestyle approach. His regimen includes taking 120 supplements daily, peptide injections, plasma donations, and semi-annual Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment. Yet, Pascoe’s routine incorporates enjoyable activities such as sauna sessions, Netflix binges, consuming two kiwis post-dinner, and a dedicated whole-body skincare routine.
What sets Pascoe apart is his pragmatic approach to cost-effectiveness. Rather than outsourcing his health, he takes a hands-on approach, only seeking occasional advice as a sanity check. He prioritizes well-studied interventions like sauna and cold therapy, steering clear of unnecessary expenses.
In a savvy move, Pascoe revealed, “Instead of paying $8-10k to have plasmapheresis performed, I do twice-weekly plasma donations and they pay me.” This method, while time-intensive, effectively filters out older damaged proteins from his blood, contributing to his youthful appearance.
When questioned about his youthful looks, Pascoe humorously shared, “It’s funny when people learn that I’m nearly 62. Whether we’ve just met or they’ve known me for years, they’re always very surprised, and don’t believe me at first.”

I only wish I knew and applied everything I know now, decades ago!”
