Lahore – Prominent fashion designer Maria B has donated PKR 6.4 million to aid victims of the devastating 2025 floods that have severely impacted several regions of Pakistan. The donation aims to provide essential relief including food, clean water, and shelter to displaced families in Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan.
Maria B, known not only for her successful clothing brand but also for her charitable initiatives, announced the contribution through her foundation earlier this week. She urged other members of the fashion and business community to step forward and support ongoing flood relief operations.
Officials from the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) have appreciated her generous gesture, noting that private donations like this are playing a vital role in supplementing government efforts.
The designer emphasized unity and compassion during challenging times, saying, “It’s our collective responsibility to stand with our people when they need us the most.”
