In a grand tribute to Olympic gold medalist Arshad Nadeem, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has awarded him Rs 10 crore in recognition of his stellar achievement. Celebrating Nadeem’s historic gold medal win on Independence Day, Sharif praised his dedication and perseverance in javelin throw. In addition to the financial reward, plans are underway to build a sports city in Mian Chanu, named after Nadeem. This initiative highlights the significance of honoring athletes who bring pride to Pakistan on the global stage.
