Pakistan Railways Cuts Fares by Up to Rs. 150 from August 3rd

In a surprising move, Pakistan Railways has announced a significant reduction in fares across all train categories, just weeks after a recent fare increase.

Effective August 3, the new pricing structure aims to make train travel more affordable and accessible nationwide. Passengers can expect a reduction of Rs100 to Rs150 on AC class tickets and a Rs50 decrease on economy class tickets.

This decision is poised to enhance public accessibility to railway services and support budget-friendly travel options for passengers throughout Pakistan.
