Faran Tahir, the celebrated Pakistani-American actor, is set to reprise his role as Raza, the leader of the infamous Ten Rings terrorist organization from Iron Man, in Marvel’s upcoming Disney+ series Vision Quest. The news was confirmed by Deadline, sparking excitement among fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
Raza, originally introduced as the antagonist in Iron Man (2008), is remembered as the formidable leader who sought to eliminate Tony Stark, kickstarting the Marvel saga.
While details about Vision Quest remain scarce, the series is reportedly a spin-off of the Emmy-winning WandaVision and has been in development since 2022. The plot will focus on Vision (Paul Bettany) as he navigates the journey to reclaim his memory and humanity following his tragic death in Avengers: Infinity War and subsequent resurrection in WandaVision.
Beyond his Marvel legacy, Tahir boasts an illustrious career spanning both international and local projects. He has starred in the Pakistani films Umro Ayyar, Rawalpindi Express, and Inspector Jamshed. Globally, his credits include Paper Flowers, The Martial Artist, and The Window.
