Islamabad, September 9, 2024 — Pakistan’s fruit and juice exports to China have achieved significant growth, surpassing $1.546 million from January to April 2024. This surge is largely attributed to the China-Pakistan Free Trade Agreement and ongoing efforts to expand international market reach.
During this period, exports of frozen orange juice alone exceeded $1.54 million, marking a substantial increase and contributing to a broader 226% rise in overall fruit juice exports. Additionally, Pakistani mangoes are gaining traction, with Chinese enterprises importing over 4,000 kilograms of the fruit.
This impressive growth reflects the strengthening trade relations between Pakistan and China, demonstrating the positive impact of recent trade agreements and market expansion initiatives.
