Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has expanded its operational fleet with the addition of ATR aircraft, aiming to enhance domestic and regional flight operations. This strategic move is part of PIA’s ongoing efforts to modernize its fleet and provide more efficient and reliable services to passengers.
The ATR aircraft, known for its fuel efficiency and performance on short-haul routes, is expected to strengthen PIA’s operations, particularly in areas with shorter runways and challenging terrains. Officials stated that the new aircraft will play a vital role in connecting remote regions of Pakistan to major cities, boosting connectivity and economic activity.

The newly introduced ATR aircraft will commence flights on several domestic routes by the end of this month, providing passengers with a more comfortable and reliable travel experience.
