Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif reaffirmed the enduring bond between Pakistan and China, declaring that the friendship between the two nations is “deeper than the ocean and stronger than iron.”
Speaking at a recent event, the premier emphasized the strategic partnership and mutual trust that has defined Pakistan-China relations for decades. He highlighted Beijing’s consistent support for Pakistan in areas of infrastructure, energy, and defense, noting that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) continues to play a vital role in strengthening regional connectivity and economic growth.
Shehbaz Sharif stressed that the two countries would further expand cooperation in technology, trade, and people-to-people exchanges, adding that Pakistan remains committed to standing shoulder-to-shoulder with China in all circumstances.
