Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani has announced that Qatar is preparing a regional response to the recent Israeli attack on Doha. Speaking at a press briefing, he emphasized that the move is not just about Qatar but about safeguarding the security and sovereignty of the entire region.
“We are in close coordination with our regional partners and international allies to develop a collective response,” the Prime Minister said, adding that diplomacy, defense, and humanitarian measures are being considered.
The statement comes amid heightened regional tensions and calls from Gulf states for unified action. Analysts suggest Qatar’s strategy may focus on both immediate security steps and long-term regional stability efforts.
