Indian actor Saif Ali Khan is receiving treatment at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai after being att*cked at his residence in Bandra.
The 54-year-old star sustained six st*b wo*nds, two of which were deep, one near his spine. The atta*k occurred during a rob*ery attempt when Khan tried to intervene in a dispute between an intruder and his maid.
The atta*ker became aggress*ve, leading to a scuffle. Saif is currently undergoing surgery, and police have launched an inv*stigation. His wife Kareena Kapoor and the rest of the family are safe.
