Islamabad: Muslims across the country will observe Shab-e-Miraj tonight, commemorating the miraculous night journey of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) from Masjid al-Haram to Masjid al-Aqsa and his ascension to the heavens.
Special prayers, Nawafil, and religious gatherings will be held in mosques and homes nationwide, where scholars will highlight the spiritual significance and lessons of Shab-e-Miraj. Believers will offer prayers for peace, unity, and prosperity in the country and the Muslim Ummah.
Mosques have made special arrangements for night-long prayers, while religious organizations have urged people to observe the night with devotion, reflection, and supplication.
Shab-e-Miraj holds great importance in Islam, as it marks the occasion when five daily prayers (Salah) were made obligatory for Muslims.
