Karachi, Pakistan – In a significant move towards sustainable public transportation, the Sindh government has approved the procurement of 500 electric buses for Karachi. This initiative aims to reduce the city’s carbon footprint, alleviate traffic congestion, and provide residents with a modern and efficient means of transportation.
The decision was made during a recent cabinet meeting, where officials highlighted the importance of transitioning to electric vehicles to address environmental concerns and enhance the quality of urban life.
