ISLAMABAD – 15 October 2025:
In a major opportunity for Pakistani youth, the United States has announced a new round of fully-funded scholarships for Pakistani students to pursue higher education at leading American universities.
The initiative, launched under the U.S.-Pakistan Education Partnership Program, offers funding for undergraduate, graduate, and PhD studies across multiple disciplines including science, technology, business, and public policy.
According to the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad, the scholarships will cover tuition fees, accommodation, health insurance, and living expenses, ensuring that selected students can focus entirely on their academic and professional development.
American officials described the program as part of Washington’s ongoing commitment to invest in Pakistan’s future leaders and enhance people-to-people connections between the two countries.
Education experts in Pakistan have welcomed the initiative, calling it a valuable chance for talented students to gain global exposure and bring back new skills to contribute to the country’s development.
Interested applicants are encouraged to visit the U.S. Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) website for eligibility criteria and application deadlines.
