Islamabad: Pakistan has introduced a new mobile application to streamline the visa-on-arrival process for foreign travelers, making it easier and faster to enter the country.
The app, developed by the Directorate General of Immigration & Passports in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior, allows eligible travelers to apply for a visa-on-arrival in just a few clicks. This initiative aims to boost tourism and attract more international visitors by reducing processing times and simplifying entry requirements.
According to officials, travelers from select countries can use the app to submit their visa applications before arrival, upload necessary documents, and receive instant approvals. The system is designed to improve efficiency and enhance security while providing a seamless travel experience.
