Two Warships to Join Pakistan Navy Fleet on Defence Day

On Defence Day, September 6, 2024, the Pakistan Navy will formally induct two new warships, PNS Babar and PNS Hunain, into its fleet. The induction ceremony will be graced by President Asif Ali Zardari as the chief guest.

PNS Babar, constructed in Turkey, and PNS Hunain, built in Romania, are poised to bolster the Navy’s defense capabilities significantly. The addition of these advanced vessels underscores Pakistan’s commitment to enhancing its maritime security and defense readiness.
